I'm absolutely wasting my time on Internet. But sometimes I earn money on the internet Cool
Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I think life is digital, so a lot of things like our contacts, entertainment and much more has shifted.
People used to watch more TV, today you can watch Netflix on the internet, you're on social networks.
Since the humans have no more time and the day still has 24h, the activities have only split.
Instead of sitting in front of the TV 5 or 6 o'clock after work as usual, people are on the internet and of course shopping, bus, city etc.
There are more things being done at once.

i make use of the internet as my past time, if i got lots of things to do i really love travelling and going somewhere that has lots of people. observing them roam and interact with one another is actually fun and really somehow entertaining for me.

We it can only be seen as a waste based on what one is doing while on the internet. If one is reading lots of academic material then it would be no different than spending the time in a library. The content will determine the quality of time spent

Maybe, yes.... Maybe, not. I spend way too much time on the internet but I also learn a lot from the internet. I spend hours of enjoyment and if I am enjoying, can I consider it as time lost? I also earn money from the internet so that's another thing to consider.

Hm.. If I use the Internet I try to not waste the time to look for something that I don't need. In my opinion, everything needs balance in life, so when I'm searching the Internet I usually watch videos on Youtube to learn something. Of course, my leisure time I pass the time in the fresh air for example. cycling.

Found this interesting blog post on Decent Propaganda. It gives an interesting perspective on the concept of “digital well-being.” Instead of urging people to unplug or disconnect, the author encourages us to simply cultivate a healthier relationship with technology. It mentioned the future of virtual reality as well. Particularly, “Once VR and other immersive technologies evolve, time spent in digital worlds will be so fulfilling and addictive that people could be happily spending the majority of their lives in essentially resourceless, limitless environments that satisfy their wildest desires”
What are your thoughts about this?

I don't think so. If you are a person who is doing nothing, no matter where you are, you will waste your life. If you are an active and optimistic person, you can do something meaningful anywhere.
