Escrow needed

A guy from the forum has to complete a project for me and we're searching for an escrower.
The amount to be paid  is 50$ and I can give up to 5% as a fee to the escrower.

The project is simple and there won't be any physical delivery just an excel type program.

Joel_Jantsen (the programer) and when he picks
someone for the escrow I'll fund the money so
he can start working.

I actually need an excel sheet created myself and will also escrow this if you still need someone.

It needs to auto create some pie charts when certain fields get entered etc...
