You were all warned multiple times about this scam.. Anyone who lost money deserves to lose money this is about the 1000th scam site here don't be fooled by snappy looking websites. and big ROI's

Its not the first time this has happens and It wont be the last time..
It's not like the security issue had anything to do with the ponzi running out of money. You are right people were warned, so if you lost money gambling, that doesn't make you a scammer.. your logic makes no sense. I agree many people are uninformed, but that's no different from any other financial activity you make yourself part of, you take a risk playing the game, that's all

I did not say they were scammers.. I said it makes them as bad.. they are feeding something that everyone knows is a scam. they feed them funds knowing fine well at some point there going to do a runner once they hit there target..

Its easy..

Scamers has say 5 BTC..

Advertises quick returns with high ROI..

People send them money.. they send back what they said they would until people get hooked. once they start pulling in larger money they stop payouts and rake in the profit.. there has been 10000's sites like this before.. saying we do trading or we know a method to make X amount back.. Its all bull shit and everyone knows it.. there is no gambling involved at all..

If you want to gamble you should do it with your own money don't let someone else "say" they are doing the work. Go to a bitcoin casino or dice game. don't feed the scammers money then cry when they run off with the money..

the warning signs were all there..

1. Hosting less than 1 month old.
2. java errors all over the site. poor coding skills if any..
3. use of scripts we have seen in the past.
4. a financial site with security vuln's

The list goes on and on.. I don't feel sorry for people who insist on believing these schemes.. They have been popping up for the past few years at a alarming rate and members here have lost fortunes to them.. You wonder why they keep coming back.. Because members keep feeding them.

But if you win you take the money the ponzi operator would otherwise have. By the way, we're getting side tracked here, but would you say it's fine if there was a warning during the deposit procedure, saying the money could be lost? Would that change things so much? If it's true what you say, that everybody already knows it's a scam, then I really don't see the problem here.

From the ToS:
Quote
3. Coinitrage does not confirm that the data presented as the content is decisive, complete, correct, or affirmed.

Is there any sort of proof of solvency, such as keeping all invested funds at a single wallet address, per coin?

Maybe sign a message with the addresses as well, so we know you control these funds. The only reason that we know 40+ BTC might be invested is because you're telling us, and this type of grey line is neither assuring nor convincing.

So, where is the 40+ BTC?

You post in a wrong section and for sure in a wrong topic. Undecided
Just for the record, you should withdraw these coins of yours to their wallet or in another exchanger.
If they are in another exchanger though... Roll Eyes

A part that you are in the total wrong section, the onlyn thing you can do is to find where that coin are traded and moove your fund here trying to trade for BTC, but until the sum is unsignificant i don't know if this is convenient....if is dust, better consider it lost.

Regarding Coinitrage, then everyone haven't now any doubt that this was another good planned scam, no chance to let people understand to don't put their money on this!

Cant blame them for trying. Why he cant buy an account or something to use and not a brand new one is beyond me.
