They shipped one unit to a software developer, and on discounts I think not, they just recently increased their prices.

EDIT: To clarify, they shipped to someone developing software for them, and they are in the shipping phase, however if you order now you will have to wait a while.

Hmm, since when is handing something to someone shipping?  Oh that's right it's not, they haven't shipped anything.

Shipping being a loose term, they have at least transferred ownership to someone else.

But, on a large scale, you are correct, they have yet to actually "ship" the first batch (I believe the're currently building them).

They did the same thing with their first generation FPGA products, so why would people expect differently for the ASIC???
