Except you counted it as a win...and you probably would have at larger values until you get to say "no algorithm is perfect" - which means, in your mind anyway there's no such thing as disconfirming evidence.

I'm rather good with Linux.  If you're having problems with your mining rig I'll help you out remotely for 0.05.  You can also propose a flat-rate for some particular task.  PM me for details.

Provide the past predictions over a series of times at fixed intervals.  Provide an objective standard for saying that your algorithm works.

That doesn't prove anything, I could claim my "algorithm" "predicted" 240 on the 9th, 120 on the 10th, and 60 on the the 12th.

I say provide us with price predictions for the next 7 days. Yesterday's "prediction" with the crude growth line drawn over the increase from 60 to 120 transposed sideways a little has so far failed to pan out.

In 7 days we gonna hit US$50 or less. I guess this is clearly enough. Thanks for the attention.

To be more accurate, in less than 7 days.

Just remembering... it hit US$ 50.01. In 3 days.  Shocked That's 99.98004% accuracy.  Cool

Only if you're very very stupid.

I've already given some guidance as to how the algorithm can be evaluated that still stands...unmet of course.  Because evaluating things sanely and objectively is a bad thing to do...or something.

What software are you using on your blog to monitor your holdings? i.e. in the most recent screenshot showing positions.

More specifically, how do I short APPL with bitcoins?

Check out BitcoinATMTalk - https://bitcoinatmtalk.com

Hello, what you call "software" is the outside interface of 1broker.com site. We use a trade system with APIs to monitor them and take action. On 1broker you can also manually short/long positions with APPL, Microsoft, Google and Facebook. Also Dax, DowJones 30, S&P500 index avaliable. Most commons currency pairs also avaliable to trade too. Only pair closed under review is BTC/USD right now. 1broker is one of our best partners of JDBIF. Interesting, we have APPL ready to start a short position at JDBIF. Don't forget to use stop loss!-) Trading at market is a hard activity to humans, leave some part to our ro-bots. And to do so, get some JDBIF shares/options too, so you can grow your BTCs even while sleeping, without worrying about the market. Last week at 1st stage shares price coming on!

https://1broker.com  - BTC trade site - 1Broker allows you to participate in several financial markets with Bitcoins, and it is a JDBIF partner.

jdbif7.blogspot.com - JDBIF Reports and 2013 Business Plan - Early price predictions (we can extend this service to another stocks/currencys, not only BTC/USD. The idea of receving forecasts after getting at least 1.000 shares of JDBIF is under votation on Crypto::Stocks votation system.)

https://cryptostocks.com/securities/11 - JDBIF info at our house, Crypto::Stocks

https://cryptostocks.com/shareoptions - Where to buy our options

https://cryptostocks.com/orders?ticker=JDBIF - Where to buy our shares

What are you even talking about? It IS an actual chart that YOU annotated and posted on the 13th saying price will now run back to 250.

Stop. Just stop. You don't even know how to map trend lines.

Hi Jokerdragon,

Can you be explicit about how your prediction algorithm works?  If not maybe this entire thread is not very productive...

That comment aside, I will share my person view, which is, BTC prices will be volatile between $50 and $500 for the next couple years, but the overall trend will be highly correlated with 1) inflation and 2) technology company valuation.

The volatility will be correlated with 1) vol of bitcoin mining technology 2) vol of cost/efficiency of electricity 3) vol of investor interest in the bitcoin concept.  This equation is further complicated by the automated difficulty adjustment that is built into the protocol.  I haven't seen any research on how to compensate for the difficulty adjustment when calculating the overall equilibrium state.

Thanks,

Resurrecting another old thread on this con-job.  He just released some more BS news on CS announcements.  Don't be fooled, this guy is a known scammer that blew the previous iterations of his long-con at the poker tables (yeah BIF, I know about you buster).  Go get yourself a real job you twat-waffle!
