If we are talking about gambling sites and exchanges they do really differ on the policy since we do know exchanges do really have restrictions speaking of incoming and outgoing of our bitcoins specially on big amounts.Using bitcoin and altcoins on playing gambling does really give us convenience thats why gambling sites are booming because of this one.

you seriously need to learn more about bitcoin first. i suggest starting to learn by reading the bitcoin whitepaper. bitcoin was created to be a peer to peer currency like any other money but without the centralization. the fact that you only saw the gambling part of it means your world is small, look around and see other usages too.
also about trading i have to say you are half correct on that part. bitcoin is mostly used for trading and profiting these days.

I agreed. Bitcoin can be use in many different ways, not just in gambling, and using bitcoin in gambling is not really a good idea. Most of the bitcoin users are just focusing on earning and saving bitcoin because they know that they could earn profit in the long run by saving and holding it, and sell it or convert it when the right time comes.

Also, using bitcoin in every stuffs that we want to buy is not really worth it, it just mean we are throwing away the profits that we can get to it if we are going to hold it rather than to use it always. If we can buy something using fiat, then, there is no need for us to spend our bitcoin on buying stuffs if is not really necessary.

I  agree, before I known Bitcoin , I never have a chance to play in an online casino. Its same with me, before I couldn't gamble like I can now with bitcoins. In my case bitcoins are most suitable way to gamble online without any restrictions. well it is not just about gambling, but about any kind of online payment that you can think of. for example when you want to buy anything online with your credit card you need to first register, then verify your identity possibly by giving that site your IDs and copy of your very personal information and wait for someone to accept them and then allow you to make the purchase and not to mention all the hacks and stolen credit cards that happen because of this!

with bitcoin you go to the shop and pay. end of story. no need to take risks of getting hacked and no need to give your personal information and destroy your anonymity.
