I was doing stats for 3 days !!!!!
I came out, that gets paid 94-95% of wages. About BTTS that must be shared between participants in a pool of 7 / 24, which comes from part-time participation in a round do not even want to raise the topic ....
I think you should stop cheating and really show% commission, which you take each and decide he should take part in your pool or not. I look forward to one day return to 5% for 3 days. The trust is lost. This occurs in 3 days.

If I was taking 6% of everyones rewards, that would be 3 BTC per block.. you don't think people would notice ?

When we moved over to PPLNS system I went through the calculations in detail with our pools biggest contributor, and we confirmed that the values were correct for his % of the pool ownership. They certainly were not 6% off.

Again, you are basing your calculations on totally incorrect values. You are using snapshot values, and estimates - so it's not surprising your calculations are around 5% off ?

As I've said - the most accurate value is the "Your Reward:" section in the left.

The last Block for example was calculated over the last 764101 Shares.

So your reward for a 50BTC block would be :

(YourShares / 764101) * 50 BTC

So if you had 33811 shares then..

(33811 / 764101) * 50 = 2.21246929 BTC

After talking with some people in IRC, I realised that we were showing the GH settings in gibibyte (GiB) instead of gigabyte (GB).

I've updated it now across the site.

This might account for the 4% in your calculations, but I'm a bit lost on what you are saying/asking so I don't really know Smiley

I was getting insane rates of stale shares on my 6730 (20 accepted, 80+ stales). I thought it was my system but switched to BTCGuild and it's much improved (127/11). Not sure what it is I didn't have this problem until yesterday.

Total this block: 11825
Eligible for Reward: 6359

Could you clearify this?

Maybe it's just cosmetic. It looks from my point of view that I have 11825 shares but only 6359 are counted toward the next block found?

I know the need to stop pool hoppers exists. But it really bites guys like me who mine all night 8-10 hours just to end up loosing all my shares durring the day when I don't mine (using pc durring the day). Would it save my shares if I logged in with only one of my cpu cores mining? or maybe just one of my 5970 cores mining durring the day?

Everyone is losing shares, not just you. So your % of the reward is still the same...

Your eligible shares are how many shares you have in the last 1/2 difficulty so your "Estimated Reward" shouldn't be changing all that much..

Read more about the method here : http://eligius.st/wiki/index.php/Pay_Per_Last_N_Shares

Or come chat with us on IRC if you don't understand.

Hi,

after last change in difficulty the one I see here http://bitcoincharts.com/bitcoin/ does not match with the one shown in the left frame of the site.

Code:
# Current rate: 130 GH/s
# Time: 0 days 06:50:50
# Total Shares: 801212
# Difficulty: 1690895
# Server Load: Low

which is the correct one?

spiccioli.

My stale rate currently is very high. Were there some changes recently? It was very low when I joined (few weeks ago).

which is the correct one?
Short answer: left frame of the site
Longer answer: The new Bits/difficulty introduced in block number 137088 is 1a09ec04, which once converted into human readable format is 1690895.803052. This is an increase of 8.18% over the previous difficulty of 1563027.996116 (set in block number 135072, which took 12.9 days to solve all 2016 blocks).
