This wallet has 0.011 BTC inside. So the private key is encrypted with 8 digits non numeric, non uppercase and symbol containing passwors (ex: "rmfnqpoe")

said by someone who hides from a newly created account. blame you? and after that what will happen? create new account and do the same trick over and over again? yeah sure we will believe you on this one. we can easily be fooled by scammers who don't know how to earn bitcoins in decent way. maybe ask your mama to but that file instead?

It could be nice to get it but I don't know how to encrypt anything :/ Maybe its really hard and nobody wants to give it their time on this?

You actually need to decrypt this file not encrypt and it may require lots of time and effort to decrypt this so 0.01BTC is not quite fascinating reward for anyone to spend time in this. Also there is not much clue and 8 digits password could be any combination and there are thousands of possible sequence.
