I dont know any cloud mining site that do mine LTC because i usually know only Bitcoin mining but you should check it out genesis and hashflare if they do mine LTC because i dont have any idea if they add up new coins or what but as far as i know they are mining ZEC and other stuff. Just remember that cloudmining nowadays is not profitable already and most of them are scam.

All cloudmining sites are not scam...I know it because i run a cloudmining site.

I think you should be very careful when think of cloud mining because most of the sites are scam but Genesis is  very good site to use but I will also like to suggest you better buy some litecoin  and hold term on long term to make profit by the time you sell than cloud mining. But if you have a very good experience of it, you can go ahead with it.
