Maybe on the end of quarter 2 but the aeternity testnet is on live and they keep testing it specially the new consensus mechanism (Cuckoo cycle). |

This is really great way to let others know about the on going work by sponsoring events like Blockchain Meetup in Liechtenstein. I understand and support the decision of revealing news and updates easy by easy by spreading them on different times to keep the interest up. Aeternity is reaching towards launch of MainNet this in itself is bringing more people to catch up with every single update now to be on the same page.

That's true. I've been on it since the inception and I think It's right on track. Aeternity brings off-chain scaling to the space which results in lightening fast transactions and It also includes high transaction throughput. With the introduction of dapps, I'm certain the project will be among the top blockchain projects. So much more to expect. |

Nope but once the main network launched they will announced it , Mainnet launch is scheduled for Q2, 2018. We don't have a specific date yet. It depends on the progress of our amazing dev team.
they said the main network will launch this Quarter 2. However we're pretty much at the end of Q2 and nothing has been announced for quite a while. I expect that it will be delayed until much later in the year as they are having issues with their build I believe, also there needs to be more time to let people know about the switch from test net. |

Let's rocket it! aeternity has the same markets'cap that waves. however its main network is not yet available, while that of waves is fully functional with a DEX and high scalability, fiat gateways and very quick low-cost transactions. I am interested if anybody can explain why they are put at the same level ? |
