Liqui team is going to delist not only AE. There are many coins of serious projects in delisting list. I think there is no any problem with this coins. I think there are some problems with Liqui exchange.

Hey everyone,

Have you ever wondered how does the æternity Virtual Machine function?

Bozhidar Nikolov showcased how our Elixir team built the implementation of the VM for æternity Smart Contracts.

WATCH THE VIDEO

The presentation was part of Quanterall's the Black Sea Chain conference.

As mentioned it was presented during an event few weeks ago but sharing it makes much more sense. First of all sometimes you just don't understand things in their real meanings when they are presented because of the status of the development. For example we can see things from different perspective in Aeternity and when see such video it give its maximum understanding of message now. I am sure everyone who made effort to spend half hour surely enjoyed it.

Hey memii,

Thank so much for this feedback.

Actually, there are several other videos available from Quanterall's Black Sea Chain Conference which you can find here. They are all quite interesting and we are sure you'll enjoy them.

Hello again,

As you may know, back in September, the æternity team got together in Berlin for a week-long development and marketing workshop to discuss the Mainnet launch.

Since we know you would be curious to peek behind the curtain, we are happy to share a short footage from that meeting.

WATCH THE VIDEO HERE

And share your thoughts Smiley

Hey,

The short answer here is BitcoinNG and State Channels, both implemented on Layer 1. You can look at some more detailed info in the Tech FAQ we have prepared.

After first migration-fork, will there be two versions of AE on the trading-sites, one representing the old testnet-tokens and the other representing the new mainnet-tokens?

I suggest just lock the token since first round of migration.

Yes, until all exchanges only list the AE coin and not the AE token (currently existing in the Ethereum network), there will be two AE coins available. However, one of them will be an ERC20 token (not a Testnet token) and the other - Mainnet coin.

Hello,

No. This is the date on which the dev team should have finalized the work on the mainnet release candidate. However, some more security-related and final testing work (including optimizations and fixes) will need to be completed. Moreover, Phase 0 of the token migration will also need to commence before Mainnet is launched.

During phase 0, will it be possible to transfer all tokens to coins? The remaining phases for if someone does not have time to transfer their tokens during phase 0?

Yes, exactly. Users will be able to transfer tokens after Phase 0. However, the transfer of tokens after the genesis block will require successfully performed hard forks.

Vlad

Testing has been running for some time, but there is also aepps and ledger integration that goes on and on. Many are working in parallel. If mining in testnet, is the token valid for mainnet too?

Hey, no. There will probably be no exchanges that will enable token migration during Phase 0. The main reason for this is that they will not be ready technologically and want to be sure that the Mainnet is running smoothly.

Best,
Vlad
