Judging from their entrepreneurial spirit, I am suprised that there are so few exchanges with only two crypto.

Other tech-ish industries such as GroupOn or Uber are filled with players with varying services, so it is easy to promote other crypto as a differentiator.

Is it possible Chinese Uncle Sam is regulating it?

I think the Chinese are more into Bitcoin and Litecoin than any other Cryptos. They are the reason for pumping up bitcoin and litecoin to the levels we see now and I don't think they are done with it. They are also getting into ETH and ETC. I am expecting these exchanges to list ETC next. And we have already see ETC pumping up!

they get 2 billion dollars daily traded volume on each of these exchanges what else do you want. even if we say a big part of it is fake volume then it is still a very huge volume to make profit from
