Hi.. I want to know if there is any way one can accept payment in bitcoins without the payer knowing whom he is sending money. Is there any way the payer can find out whom did he pay by sending a mail to the website owner or smthng..

You can send few dollars to me then you will reliaze how this works. First go make a wallet, it will generate you a address. Then click on send button, the other party will also give you a Adress and there you need to deposit. If you want to try it, let me know I will send you address but you won't know who I am. Now if you are wondering if a xys user name is here and you want to send him or trade with him without knowing keep reading his posts for his address. Or provide Lil more details, if your answer is not yet given.

If the payer only has a bitcoin address, then she won't know who she is paying.

As Bitcoin is only pseudonymous, you have to ensure that no other information is linked to your address.

This, plus not using that address for another payment Smiley

if you link it, doesn't matter because they still can't know who you are, thus as long as you don't link your name when shipping something for example, you will be fine

I think bitcoin address is the identity of the sender but should it not important because the most important thing is the value that you received and I suppose all bitcoin user does not want their identity known.

Basically the wallets i am aware of need verification before adding any money.
So i just need a website that doesnt ask for verification to send money to another bitcoin account or wallet.
Is there any such website ??

It depends much on the wallet that the receiver is using. A web wallet, even if does not ask openly for it, prefers to store information about its users. Cookies are an example. Many people simply forget about cookies. But cookies carry sensitive information that could enable a 3rd party (for instance, a hacker) to figure out the user's real identity. You could use a web wallet like blockchain(dot)info AND more than one no-logging VPNs AND make sure not to release information about your address anywhere else in the internet (like online forums).
