I know it is alot of worm is actually a crap ton of coin but the Dev is not staking it you can check it yourself. I think the reason he has that premine is for later on when things pick up. Right now that 250k is massive over kill but the Dev needs to think of the future when 250k won't be as overkill as it is now. Remember the Dev is upping our pay the longer we stay which is great and I wish other devs would learn form it.

The 250k will be trickled out later as Superworm supply increases. I will be releasing those coins as the new larvae start to hatch

Side note: I've been looking into adding Mealworms to my farm, as well. Doing some research on it right now, but I think they will be able to fit into my production cycle quite seamlessly

You are correct with the bugs. Crickets are a higher source of protein than cattle and are produced much cheaper and for far fewer resources. I actually had an enormous cricket farm and was planning on going that route, but decided on the Superworms (and possibly Mealworms, too, soon) because of the ease of production. Crickets are crazy as hell, especially when you have hundreds of thousands jumping around lol

I don't run any of the faucets. If any site supporting WORM is found to be nefarious, please let me know and I'll remove them. I've talked to both people who run the faucets and they seem ok to me so far

one day I have to weigh them all, as I've had them over 6 months. I started with 2lbs and under ideal conditions population can double every 3 months
in time my operation will supplant Charlie shrem's waste management deal ...:-)

Sucks I live so far they don't allow animals to be ships because it could bring deseases and things. But collecting the coin is fun. I have a Turantula which would be what I would feed the works too ^^
