So the original question is still unanswered, will I get that little money (around $45) if we find a block now? So the math is fine?

Go to your miner page, see "your round share" %, if a block is found at this time, will be your block reward.
If your round share is low it's because the pool is prop (all the shares of the round of all the miners they are registered for the current round, only when a block is found are reset), so if you've only connected now most of the round share is from other miners who have been trying to end this damn (  Cheesy )round for a month

This happens in many pools just having a high hashrate the round lasts a few minutes and then your correct round share is displayed in the new round, when the share count starts from zero.

Hi,

i checked on explorer, they are confirmed:

https://explorer.ellaism.org/tx/0x4ee92a9c3e2df8afbee41b389cd1486c2f60248a7979ae7ecc0cb6c46dc94b22

probably is a cryptopia problem

ps: I remind also you that you can change your min payout in the new pool (miner page, tab "settings")  Wink

Thank you. All payments have come. The problems really were on the side of Cryptopia

So why is you new ether pool set up so only 1 person ( the pool owner ) is maintaining over 70% of the share when i have seen others with higher hashrates? Did you not get a good enough share before with the pplns, pool owner? the pplns that it was set at the pool owner couldnt run his nicehash on the pool and get 70% of the block like he can now. I just wanted to warn anyone who might join the pool that the pool owner has set up the pools so he can manipulate and steal the majority of the block payouts with his nicehash

Hi!
Thank you for this post, you gave us the chance to explain our decision to switch to PROP payments method.

That choice had been made to remove the incentive for pool hoppers, so to remove exactly the behavior you are complaining about.
I would also like to point out that we NEVER rented hashpower to get an advantage as pool owner since this is not possible.

The round share is calculated supposing that the probability to find a block is a uniform distribution, which is true only on the long-term (at least weeks).
To be more clear: if the round variance is 98% and I rent 10000Ghash to do the shares needed to reach the 100% I do not have the guarantee that I will find a block.
Round variance is just an indication used to calculate luck, nothing more.

I strongly suggest you revise your knowledge regarding how mining and payments method work before making accusations.

Thank you,
Ambros

Ok plz explain how this miner 0xc7e66f09523c7628c9d704f3c2b032dee7272a59 was able to mine for 30hrs from 35-50% round effort @ 400-800MHs with the pool hashrate of 2GH and then from 35-44% round effort, The pools hashrate increased to 5GH from 45% round effort till now. This miner held 70% of the round and after 17hrs of no submissions still hold 50%. Your Prop payout system is flawed.
*Why cant you use PPLNS but extend the shares from 10000 to 100000 period of pay, or use PPLNT ?

hi,

on the new pool the default payment is set to 5 dbix. For change your custom threshold go to your miner page, tab "settings"

Hi guys,

I'm getting an IP Mask error in http://beta-ella.pool.sexy/#/account/../settings. I don't think the problem is on my end because beta-pirl settings works just fine.

Hi,

if it shows "ip mask error" try to reconnect one of your rigs.
If the problem persists send me a private message with your ella address
