Can You give some insight about it? I was seeing it at top charts last weeks but didn't know much about it. Why it's so popular? Since when is OMG a POS coin ? Isn't it an ERC20 token or am I missing something ? You are completely right. Debil decided to advertise...

Ember has a nice PoS rate, but I think there is not so much room to grow up with so much coins that you can stake in a short time! The people are going to sell of all the way up, and there are a lot of whales that stake emb right now Or do you think EMB has a chance to grow up when theyre going to sink the rate to 720%?

You are probably right there. With most high staking coins, you would not really expect an increase in price, but a decrease. However, this might be more than counterbalanced by the staking rewards. Some coins are successful in growing by having high stake rates in the beginning and lower rates later.

You should firstly tell us which proof-of-stake coins you have already tried and which did not work for you. I personally prefer WAVES and Qora. Also NEM what is actually not a POS but POI.
how can I POI with NEM?

Recently I became aware that Komodo is giving 5% interest to their holders. This is not POS in the traditional sense I suppose. The interest stops accruing on the account after 1 year also if the $KMD is not moved. Novel idea.
Same as Bitcore, 3% every monday on holded balance (but it's something as airdrop, need at least 10BTX in wallet). Any one know similliar projects? Bitcore is going to stop this promotion in November though. They are going to do a final airdrop of 25% (which is huge!). I expect a large spike in price, but I am curious how much the value will sustain after their airdrop period ends. KMD's interest is a built-in feature of having the coin in a wallet as I understand it.

Just wanted to give a heads up on VersionCoin (V). It's staking very well and is VERY inexpensive with no big sell walls hindering it's profitability. It has an active dev who also updates TruckCoin. Another solid almost three year old coin. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1100433.0

I stake 200k LEOcoin and receive 20% year! Approx 55 aday so every 10 days i sale for btc on livecoin.net or dabtc.com china exchange!
Looks great. I might have a look at this one further, to invest some BTC and see how my profits would grow with it. As long as the coin remains, at the same price than initially brought, or goes even higher then it should be fine to hold onto and grow your profit. You should firstly tell us which proof-of-stake coins you have already tried and which did not work for you. I personally prefer WAVES and Qora. Also, NEM what is actually not a POS but POI.
Nice. I have found NEM and Qora worth looking into for staking sometime in the future. Waves is a good coin with cool features, but price hasn't moved that much these days. As for the PoS coins that I have tried, they are: Diamond, Magi, Hyper, Tekcoin, OKCash, and LiteDoge. Since I dont leave my PC on at most times, usually prefer to stick to PoS coins that don't need their wallet to be opened always like Tekcoin which is every 30 days. I think that PoS coins are going to have hard times ahead, especially if Bitcoin keeps climbing in price. I think coins with better chances in the market will be those using DAG algorithm, such as Byteball and Iota.
Thanks for sharing your opinion. It may seem so, as the more Bitcoin rises in price, the more they tend to decline in value. Speaking of Byteball, it has a very nice concept and it might become a pretty good coin worth investing into for the long term. Still, I hope that the concept of Proof of Stake would be improved once ETH releases Casper and migrates to the new PoS system. Wait, is NEM a POS coin??? I don't have a huge stake in NEM but I've left couple hundo on an exchange.

The best pos coin to invest right now is still dash in my opinion. And you also can try bitconnect. But dash really more good and the price also stable to invest in master nodes. But you need more money . You need to buy 1000 dash for masternodes which per dash now $345 and bitconnect is only $118 and no minimum stake i rember.

My comments mirror some of the others. RAIN, IFLT, 1337 and 808 have been great payers. Triangles has also impressed with their consistency even for small allocations and they also offer low supply, encrypted messages and an active community on Discord. TRI seems to be a sleeper since the community avoids shilling unlike some other crypto coin communities. DRXNE is speculative and there has been tremendous volatility, but has been a reliable payer as well and is based on a fork from Radium.
Conversely, a few coins that have underwhelmed are Blackcoin, Embercoin and LDoge. Maybe my positions were too small to stake adequately. Or maybe I just had bad luck. In any case I will not be adding capital to these positions.
What do investors think of Theresa May (MAY) and Fluttercoin (FLT)? I was thinking of adding these.

First POS coin on eth network is already released and in the process of distributing now through airdrop. The community is getting big as well, all bitcointalk members can join herethread link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2110712.0

PoSToken is a interesting coin to stake right now. Theyre still in an early stage and the airdrop is still running to claim some for free. They plan to launch a wallet in the next couple of month for the staking system. You can stake this coin via MEW right now!

how can I POI with NEM? As the interview with the creator of Nem, seems to POI you need around 10k coins, and make transactions with another address with 10k too. So you can increase your rank in the blockchain and "harvest" more coins; In a few words, the more transactions you make, more chances to gather coins.

Deeponion is good. Decred is also great. Radium (RADS) is interesting if you don't have much cash and want a small project with potential.

GRWI I have over 800 coins in my wallet. 3-4 stakes a day, 0.8 GRWI per stake makes a good return already, if the price goes up and stakes to 1.8 GRWI, it will be even better. Real project backing underdeveloped industry. I like it. I like it a lot!

Kangeroobits is looking interesting with a new wallet that is supposed to replace the old one:
"5% random 3% from then superblocks every 5000 blocks with reward x10 and random superblocks min reward x2 max x5 random frequence but minimun 1 superblock every 1000 blocks block time 300 sec fast transaction reducing confirmations to minimum."
Not sure if the new one will work but it's interesting to have another decent paying random staking wallet like RAIN.
