So like I said, I Have A Unique & Awesome Idea For a New Bitcoin Website, But I Need any help, advise, tips I can get.

So without going into to much detail, my idea could be considered as a trading/gambling website, but it definitely has skill involved.  And I would say the skill aspect definitely out weights the gambling aspect in terms of how profitable people are. 

What I need to know is how would I go about creating this website.  I have been thinking about trying to make it myself, but I don't think I have enough knowledge to make the website how I am picturing it in my head.  Do I hire some one?  I am definitely willing to learn how to make it so it is a high quality site and accurately reflects my vision for it.  I don't know if I should pay for a domain and hosting, and try to go from there, or what.  So as you might be able to tell, I'm a little lost and not sure which direction I should go from here.

I am determined to make this site a reality, no matter what it takes, the reasons being is I really do think it could be a big one, there's nothing else even close to it out there right now, it has a ton of potential for myself as well as everyone who goes to it to make a lot of money

I can't suggest him to find an investor for this early stage, his site doesn't guarantee to earn fast success if he can habe investor beside him and i doubt his legitimacy and sick to see som newbie who's offering that, and the only thing he must do for now is to became more informative to tell some proper details about this plan and he must have fundings for here own and make his site successfull first before asking some investors to invest at him so that people have assurance that they can earn and will not be scammed.

If you don't think you have enough skill to create this website than you better hire someone good at creating website but make it clear to him/her that what you need exactly. You can hire good web designer and developer in freelancer.

But if you don't like to spend for developer and think that you can make it yourself, than you can try to create and test it in your local server/your computer you don't need to have domain or have to pay for hosting just to test your site when you are developing it. I am using Xampp server to host test site in my computer for testing purposes you can try them, better to test first before you open site for public.

I think it would be a problem that you only have an idea as your asset. Not having anything else would really be hard to execute your idea. Probably what you should do is that you find a partner that has either assets to invest in the idea or find some programmer that would create your idea. Then probably if you have everything planned out then create a proposal that you can present to the community so you can create an IPO of your idea.

You're right too. However everyone got to start somewhere. He can choose the slow route of getting reputation at Bitcointalk via doing trading and making quality posts before he/her pitch the idea to investors. Or he can choose the risky but fast route of pitching his idea to some investors that is willing to hear it out - this route is only if he/she have a very good and innovative idea.

And I agree with you that he/she should give us more details about the business idea. If it is a very unique and innovative business idea then he/she shall consider only telling a bit.

Idea may not be enough to start a site, you can follow following steps;

1. write down your plan and things you may need to make it
2. start with some trials to check does your idea really gonna work
3. Try to make group of diverse skills including graphic designer, web developer, marketing experts, SEO experts etc if your idea is big.
4. Most important is seed money so better you find some investor before you launch your project if you don't have enough to fund yourself.
5. Don't try to do all by yourself try to distribute work according to skills members of your group have.

So you want a unique idea and want some one to help you hmm, I think you should move this to service section. Keep some reward for the best idea that you like, escrow the fund. Then keep a price you shall pay for the site creation. Escrow it also. When there is reward, people will get more creative and you will finally get good help. This service you want should be paid for, rather then ask for free.

There were many gambling discussion topic about ideas and innovations every gambler prefer to have and what were the features not available currently in most of the gambling sites. Just google and refer them then definitely you will get better vision to fine tune your ideas.

Similarly there are many professional gambling script developers also available in this forum. Find them and start working with them. Good luck.

Like the previous posters have already mentioned, the most important thing you need is CAPITAL.

You can have the most brilliant bitcoin gambing game but unless you got > 500 BTC in available capital, NOBODY WILL DEPOSIT ANY BTC BECAUSE OF SOLVENCY ISSUES.

My advice if you don't have these funds is to look for investors. Show your personal info like your Facebook page, LinkIn, etc so we get to learn about you and your skils and we might invest in your website because if your idea is great then its has great potential on our investment.

There are a lot of business ideas that you can start with no money or with very low capital unfortunately an online casino is not one of those business, so you need to first raise the capital by yourself or investors once you do the rest becomes a little easier, since you will only need to hire the right people to develop and maintain the site and finally you will need a very good marketing campaign since the casino industry has big competition.

I agree with both of you guys, and thank you everyone that has replied.  And like you said I have to start somewhere so this is where I'm starting.  To address my newbie status, it does suck, and I am willing to do as you suggested to gain trust as well as share more information about myself. 

To address the ambiguity of my idea and how I didn't explain very much is because like people have mentioned, I don't wanna give away too much of my concept.  I've been trying to figue out how to give more details while still not revealing it in its entirety.  Should I just explain it and hope no one beats me to it?  What do you guys think?  I do want to just explain it so everyone can understand it, and tell me what they actually think about my idea.  I just don't want to regret it.

And one last thing is I do have some capital to put towards this in bitcoin and cash, but as almost everyone said I will most likely need an investor to get it all up and running.  And I am willing to show my personal Facebook page or LinkIn to gain more trust as well.  But do I do that on this thread or just give it to potential investors?  Thanks again for all the help guys I really appreciate it!

I've seen the trading site by adding also a dice game we know it starts from yobit and livecoin, but I think it needs to be viewed from the funds you have at least to the idea of gambling sites is good enough in my opinion, why not make a game for all the users play with other users use their bitcoin

Can you explain what can of idea and put some image link that we can see what you are talking about or what gambling website that can be unique.. honestly i have also  idea and unique but i already suggest to other people here but until now no one are starting a website what i giving idea..
Much better to start your idea with your own with test coins or demo plays. if it is attracted well maybe some investors will need it before they can trust you need to run that site in few months or weeks before you get paid or something.  because your standing is newbie..

Does it really matter? Eventually one day it will go live and if it has CRAZY demand other websites will just copy it. With Bitcoin its very difficult to enforce anykind of patents for your ideas and such.

However like I said before I think the OP will have major issues with the bankroll, which is #1 when it comes to succeeding as a Bitcoin gambling site or not. Especially now since BTC is over $1000 again.

If you are not a senior level developer (full stack), then I would strongly suggest you not do it yourself. Time to market is your enemy. If you were going to learn the skills needed to make the site, then you will most likely not be able to keep up on the technological curve that is needed to be profitable. I suggest developing your idea further by mock ups, studies on other sites with comparable services, and then winning some investors with your awesome idea.

Write everything in paper, since you might forgot about it if its only on your mind. then invest in coder/developer to materialized your ideas. since its not easy to learn to make and code a website yourself.

I actually like that idea a lot.  Especially if I could get something in the contract I make with them where I would receive a percentage or something as a monthly/quarterly residual income, or something similar.  I don't know if I would do that with this particular idea because I want to do it myself, but I have other ones that I probably will do this for.  And also just so clarify, this idea isn't so much under "gambling"  but more under trading forex or binary options.  And also the way my idea works, I don't need nearly the bank roll a casino needs, because the way it works, the majority the money or bitcoin people are getting is from other players or customers.  You could say think of it as poker
