Bitcoin in the last 24 hours

It's really unstable now. Prices drops and rises within $900 and $1,000. Not really going below $900 too much, just reaching around $870 and not really going above $1,000. It's very confusing to decide whether to sell or not at this point. Probably, I'll just hold and see what happens. I just hope it going back to $1,100 and above.

So many emotions on the market right now.  
Bitcoin is in a rollercoaster since yesterday, but you can already see, that today the hops and drops are less extreme and more stable.
I wouldn't sell your coins at the moment, if you didn't sell them two days ago, now you should definitely hold them.

Why hold them , BTC just peaked out on the Charts at $1189 on Jan 5th,
the dumping has begun, small at first , but the avalanche is but a day or 3 away.

The only reason to hold now is if you want to lose your money and wait 3 more years before the price gets close to $1200 again.
Last time BTC Peaked was Nov 2013 ~$1275, this peak (over 3 years later) did not even break $1200.

It will be the next halving in 2020 before these peaks are seen again.

Judging by all that and the way they have kept it at 1k. There will be the sell off as soon as the new blood/fomo begins in the next few days. Rinse and repeat.

Last night was the start, and it took many by surprise and the holder with the weak heart jump off and sell their coins to prevent more losses.. its really a bad timing and many was caught offguard

I am in front of my monitor watching bitcoin price whole day today, however that couldn't help me to take a decision because price is really volatile currently so i am thinking about neither to buy nor sell right now. I will wait till price will find some stable price range..

Watching the price doesn't help with anything, unless you are an investor or a trader and also watch the news while you look at the price. Looking at it doesn't make it go up or down because you want it to, so you would never know when to buy or when to sell. During the day I see no change, but whenever I wake up I see the price had a big change.

For now i seen more people are trying to sell in the market i just using bitcoinwisdom for analysis and i saw more reds are coming but many people are still buying in bitcoin and pushing the price into high .. i saw the price later it hits to $897 and sooner or later the price is increase again into $910 and i think it will increase more soon..but the problem there a huge downfall this days or few minutes ago.. but i am still believe that the price will increase back soon..

Rising up is too fast and being down is too fast . I could not understand what happned in 10 minutes before.
It was down from 1,126$ to 920$ just only 10 minutes. it's unbelievable.

Basically it was because of the sudden rise of prices too. I think this is what they are talking about. This was the correction they are saying that will happen. Looks like it happened too quickly, it happened within ten minutes. I watched this happen on poloniex. It was really scary to see my funds drop by 20% in just that ten minutes.

This was the expected correction but everyone thought that it will break the $1200 old price after that it will crash but same like before touching $1000 it crashed from $950 to $ 870 it went and was roaming in that range for some days and then it bounced back and went up to $1126 but now back the resistance is tested so i think this correction is healthy and if the price stays i this range then next bounce back we can expect the ATH price to be crossed and next all time high price range will be created.

Yep, now it's back to $930 and it looks like it will be stabilizing at this level for quite some time. I just hope it does stabilize and not be jumping up and down by a big margin. That would make it too volatile to even use it. It would be hard to price things when the currency is fluctuating in prices. A stable $1,000 price level is what I want to see.

in fact there is large fluctuation in the price of bitcoin in last 24 hours. the price was trading above 1140 but now the price is beow 800 USD. but still i am hopeful that in future the price of bitcoin is going to hit 1500 USD this time.

Yes, such bright attention cause of the price for bitcoin. From the new year it's jumping like a crazy or loosing about 100$ in it's price or adding 100$. Such high changings awake the interest from the business press normally.

All of these news are good for the bitcoin especially bbc or theguardian and others too which have many many visitors and potential bitcoin investors in the near future, but the un stability of bitcoin for the past few days makes these potential investors not interested in bitcoin.

I was never more optimistic about the future of bitcoin more then now personally. I do know that there still some issues that needs solutions but I guess we will eventually get there. Your thoughts ?

I have to say wow, it's always be a great news when you see a local media write about crypto currency. I know the price is more reason that makes peoples interest in bitcoin. But some good news from the locals media is more makes peoples want to know deeply.

We are seen that many news about bitcoin but the problem right now many people are panic to sell because of happening yesterday that there is a huge price decreased.. and i think they are still pushing back to above $1000 but until now we are deeply back to 800 level..
I hope that the price will rise again back and more people are pushing it up again.. i think we are bull trap that is why its drop fast.

Are you under the impression that people that post don't have agendas.
So you must think the BTC will Moon or hit $3000 are impartial.   

Don't worry about ZEIT , but feel free to feel stupid when you miss out on it's price increase, when we switch to ultra low inflation in a few months. 

See that is the difference between a supporter and a trader, I will be supporting ZEIT until it succeeds.

What is your Best Price Predictions?

Mine is it peaks at $1113 for the year 2016 and then dumps in Jan 2017.

My prediction was only early by 5 days & $72 lower than the peak,
