Well, I might sell it when the price is really high up and gives me a huge advantage. other than that, I would not sell bitcoin within 1 or 2 months to get the money each month, but I will immediately sell it when it gives me high profits, even within 1 week.

If there is a immediate emergency on your end and you need bitcoin to convert to fiat then I would sell without a doubt. But if there's none, then of course its much better to hold on it and wait and see where the price would go. I'm pretty sure with the current price, a lot of people are already profiting and thinking of selling it but I advise not to because the price might rise up in the next couple of months.

Well that is the right thing to do if price has reached to your expectation level then without waiting longer you can sell your coins and you can buy them back when price goes down in near future and if you believe that price will go higher in coming days then simply hold them.

Bitcoin price will again go down to 600-650$ by june-july end.By august it will be definitely in range of 600-650$
Bitcoin value will again start dropping down after reaching 1.2k$ or max 1.3k$ or else will start taking fall soon.
As per reports in a month or two bitcoin will again start falling down from 1000 slowly and steadily and will reach 600 in 6 months and will again start rising after september end/october.

I suppose that this speculation has just only made by you, well I agree that bitcoin price will drop as we can see in the previous months but I don't think that the price will eventually fall back in to the $600 value in some remaining months of this year . If not for Japan we would have seen a crash as we used to see earlier and hope the trend continues and with bitcoin being legalized in Japan i am not sure what to expect do the retail structure they are trying to build will hurt bitcoin in the long run or not is to be seen with time but one thing is certain that the days of anonymous transactions are over .

I think theres definitely a lot of money coming in from China thats driving the prices up. Japan might also play a factor but in these types of situations its difficult to pinpoint exactly whats causing the price hike.

My friend told me the exactly same thing, that I should have sell all my bitcoins before this month comes to the end.

His theory doesnt fit for me, and that is why im not going to use that "great way to generate income" because I want to hols bitcoins in a longterm, as a backup funds.

He said that within a month, btc price will lose stability and will start fluctuating mostly to the bottom, to the 950-1000$ levels.
After reaching that it will stay in there for few days and then possible bounce to 1100$, but I dont believe in such a theories and predictions, I always prefer to stay with my own strategy, in most cases the way I analyze the price action works for me.

Price dumps will never be permanent in bitcoins and if price goes down it will come back again and that is a common practice in bitcoins and the present price is really good to sell if you have bought them at cheaper price in the past.

The thread was made in January 2017, so it was around 4 months ago.
It means that the OP has made a really good prediction, in 4 months bitcoin has reached price of 1250$ ( even more ) and one month ago, it was more around the level of 1100-1150$.
I think we will have some backward surge until 1100$ for some time, and then build up until 1300$, because price of the bitcoin seems very stable lately- maybe because of the volume.

The current situation looks very interesting, I hope we will see something good for all bitcoin holders, as a big price increase at least to the 2000$ level, or even further, but that will happen only if bitcoin will have big domination above the altcoins.

Selling bitcoins now or not will depend on what is the price of bitcoins as if it touches the price of $1300 in coming weeks then without thinking much I will sell all my coins as that price will allow me to make huge profits and in that case holding would be a great idea.
