What about gambling is this illegal way or legal way. For me, it's legal way because we are not cheating anyone to earn coins. We will put our coins in a risk and will get profit. Just because BTC is pseudo-anonim, it does not mean you cannot get caught for illegal act. For example, "earning" BTC by hacking a computer and stealing the private keys in it is an illegal act because you are doing it without permission. Even if blockchain is anonim, you are leaving traces that the responsible organizations could follow back to you.
