i agree with one of the poster above, get a job, there is no more legal than that  Not always. Think about prostitutes, they are hired and perform a job, but It's not always legal. Same with Bitcoin, you can start a company and do a job you think is legal and land in jail, like that guy from Bitinstant. Illegal: Drugs, real Hacking tuto, stolen cards, how to scam peoples, sex services etc...
It depends what you classify as a drug. What is illegal in one country may be legal in another. Sex services are actually legal in most countries if you're doing it of your own free will. i do not think that sex service is legal in most of the countries may be no even in a single country. sex service is not legal as morally, religiously. |

I think the best legal things to earn some bitcoin, is trading also I think the best illegal things is trading too.
But there is a difference about trades. There are legal and illegal things to trade for example
Legal: electronic product, clothes, etc.
Illegal: Drugs, real Hacking tuto, stolen cards, how to scam peoples, sex services etc...
yes i also think that trading is the best and legal way of earning bitcoin. i think there are so many other legal ways of earning bitcoin for example if you are a good designer then you can really earn money by designing signature for signature campaigns. |

I think the trade is that thing in which a person buy and sell bitcoins for profit. The remaining thing are just buying things and if a person is selling these things then you are right that some of them is illegal to use for profit of bitcoins and some are legal which you have mentioned. |

I agree with you about the legal ways that you suggested but I don't assume gambling is an illegal thing that a bitcoin user can do. Gamble is just a game and accidentally it makes you addicted to it and you can hardly get out of it, but it doesn't mean that it's illicit, it's all about how you choose to deal with it. And do you really think that the worst thing is scamming? I have seen many bitcoin users selling child pornography, offering hitmans, trading drugs, etc. with bitcoin on deep webs, and those things really freak me out  I also consider signature campaign, trading as legal ways of earning Bitcoin.I also treat gambling as legal cause it's not hiding from you anything.All the rules and regulations is next to you,if you can accept those rules you can do gambling.So Nothing is illegal on that.And hacking, scamming are the illegal ways of earning Bitcoin. |

Since some ways are clearly showing that they are belonging to which category . Like trading , signature campaign earning , faucet are legit way or you can say legal waya to earn . And using bitcoin in black market to sell bad video clips for bitcoin are illegal way to make money . But here gambling is a complicated thing that can't be determine by us accurately that whether it is legal or legal , because it is a clear bet game , So we can't say illegal but most of the gambling sites are not under permission of any government , So here in another way it is illegal also . |

For now i think we will see fewer illegal users of bitcoin earn illegaly. because many company like affiliate site are actually hiring people for paying in bitcoin.. they are may right now and i think you can earn bitcoin just for giving them to publish their offer in to your site and get traffic.. Gambling is not illegal one. If you have enough fund in bitcoins. Obviously you can go ahead Its upto the people wish. Simply bitcoin earnings are passive income many people in the forum. Most of the people prefer signature campaign and trading. You could hold it now due to price again climbing up. It depends on the country, in some countries gambling is legal while in others is illegal, right now there are not a lot of ways to earn bitcoin passively, the easiest one is to invest in the bankroll of bitcoin casinos. |

Posting for a signature campaign would definitely be the easiest way to earn Bitcoin. But you could also try trading Bitcoin or maybe even investing. All of those are legal. If you are fine with doing illegal activities, then you could scam people. If you live in a country where gambling is banned, you could try that. Stealing doesn't really apply to Bitcoin, for most people, because it very hard to hack people's Bitcoin wallets, unless they are using an online wallet. Even that is quite difficult. |

I have meet on this forum a guy who are selling iPhone 5s on this forum for some funny money, like 200$, just in bitcoins. And we agreed to I send him the half money now and remain after I get the phone. So I sent and here the story ends. That's how people earn bitcoins. The best way, cause there are many naïve idiots like I am who wish to buy a new smartphone twice cheaper than it costs.

Real criminals not selling carded electronics on clearnet, look at DeepWeb "Dream Market" there are couple reputable vendors that sell carded electronics for half of the price. |

I personally, if you can get a bitcoin with legal ways why should be illegal.
And the best way to get bitcoin legally i think is with create a business where you accept payment via bitcoin. Or if it is too complicated, you can trade bitcoin in the exchanger you trust. Stay away from illegal things because you could be arrested by law enforcement. Thank you

If you dont want to invest anything, i can recommend playing F2P games where you can get Premium currency through trading. If you are good in within trading, you can easily make 50$ a month. Of course this is not like an normal income, but if you enjoy this games you can earn money while playing. (f.e. Warframe works quite good)

I have been watching a lot of Narcos and Breaking Bad lately, and if bitcoin had been around during the time of Pablo Escobar, I am sure he would have taken advantage of its pseudonymity. There is a big possibility that some drug dealers now are into bitcoin as well. The safer bet would be to just deal with legal transactions and make money from offering services in exchange for some bitcoins.
