I highly recommend START as an investment for 2017 (even right now at the "top").  Just look at the price history, in my opinion it can easly hit more than a dollar at the end of the year.

I think it will rise soon. Also some people don't know how to read.
NXS now have Vector shares (significant cut) and Vector have load of NXS.
They both invested to each other = for me much more important than any contract, this is sign of confidence and win-win partnership.
