Yes i do vape. I used to smoke cigar but now i ve changed to vape, its better in health issue rather than conventional smoking.

No.  But it is very popular where I live.  A bit irritating I find because they blow the smoke everywhere and are careless about it.

I think there is no difference between vaping and smoking as in both cases smoke is taken in but in vaping we dont breath in the smoke

There's no long term research into vaping and health. I wouldn't unless you using it to stop smoking

I'm trying to quit cigarettes. I just got a vape set up and made it through today with only one cig. How often is a normal amount to vape in a day if you are trying to come off of a pack a day? I have been trying to just focus on not having a real smoke for now, but I don't want to get out of control with the vape thing.
