COINMAN, my suggestion is to ask for whatever you sent him in the first place.  Unless he's sought out some psychiatric help between his last post here and now, he'll probably flip his shit and this will turn into another shit-slinging shit fest again.  You can ask for the interest, but I probably would be happy with just the minimum you can get.

I hardly think that asking for any amount of money would be a threat or force - the damage is done. There's nothing to threaten unless you consider the omission of a request for people to remove their negative feedbacks a 'threat'. I don't.


I'll wait for COINMAN1 to publicly state an amount and I will state whether I agree with it or not. However, regardless of the amount requested, there is no reason for anyone to remove their feedback unless they feel like it is reasonable to do so. If COINMAN1 requests 0.1 BTC, so be it. It's a simple request.

It would all depend on how much you want to be paid back.
And you would need to orgainze from all that have given me negative trust to post on that thread they will remove the negatives.

OP Pm'ed me about mixan's message about repaying him and fixing accusations. I however will change my feedback to neutral rather than to fully remove it. It was really unprofessional to leave a deal in between and refuse to pay or either send back the bitcoins back to COINMAN1 which I think should be reflected in his probile in form of either neutral feedback(if he pays the amount in full) or negative (if he still refuses to pay).

Talking about the amount, I would say interest should be taken from mixan for not honuring deal within expected timeframe and holding bitcoins of COINMAN1 for nearly 1+ month. However this is something that COINMAN1 needs to decide. It is something that I see more of as a loan deal rather than a trade deal. (BTW anyone seen it as a 0% interest loan for 1 month?)

Upgrading from negative to neutral is no different to upgrading from neutral to positive when it comes to buying trust and that's all mixan is trying to do here "I will pay you back if everyone removes their negative trust."

This is a classic example of buying trust and should be marked accordingly.

Well, it is a little bit different in that it doesn't make him green(er) and the comment is likely going to be unflattering but I agree with you that mixan is trying to game the system.

I'm not saying anyone should revise from neg to neutral, only that if you do decide to remove a neg please at least post a neutral. Neutral is better than nothing at all, at least for those who can read (nearly extinct skill sadly).

Frankly, I'm not inclined to remove my negative even if he pays this off.  Red feedback indicates that you don't trust the recipient of said red, and would any of you trust mixan after his extremely public psychiatric meltdown here?  I sure as hell wouldn't, and I think the red needs to stay as a warning to others.
