There are many who offer you signature codes and banners. Then hire a expert signature campaign I will suggest Anivires, Lupting, Yahoo. These three I know are good. Are signature campaigns profitable for the advertiser?

I think if the campaign is not a big budget one , like above 10 BTC/ month spending, I dont think it has any effect.

A lot of posters are low quality, or might not give the best impression on people, certainly Full Member and above signatures are more visible than others, but even then if there is not a lot of them, people will hardly click on it.

That is how TV ads keep repeating, because the first 10 times the customer wont even observe the ad. So if you have a campaign that has 30,000 posts / month, then maybe if you are lucky you get 1% of that in traffic.

And even then people might not spend money on your website, so maybe it's good to make your service known to people, but the visitors might not translate into profit immediately at a 1:1 ratio.
