The national popular vote does not matter, and has never mattered, the electoral college is the only thing fair to the majority of the people. That is the truth, the NATO will uphold what they want and they will over power and make changes and wage a war in any country of their choice if they want to. Look at the examples in Libya as they took the decision to eradicate Gaddafi which was forced by France they went on and carried out that and made the life of people in Libya a living hell.

I can't agree with you on this. While I will admit there are global shared priorities, we can all agree that the US, China and Russia are obviously not on the same page, at least at the moment. The US, France and UK are a different story (we share intelligence with them, they are certainly not a threat). But a cold day in hell when the US shares intelligence with China. I would say that about Russia, but under the current administration, I'm not so sure.

Many people think that big global organizations, like United Nations or World bank are, in fact, world government, because they have power and authority to give directions and orders to national governments.
I don't think so.
In such organization it's very hard to make any important decision because members in their councils trying to protect own national interests, and usually don't care about global issues much.
We can't truly say that they have some global policy, it's more compromise between many different and selfish national interests.
I don't think that we are mature enough to have world government.
We are not ready to give up our national interests and values and replace it with some universal, common valuers and interests.

From thst perspective, let's look at the entities that actually have the financial/political means to control a populace: corporations. In that case, Monsato, Bayer, and ExxonMobil rule the world. Because, what would we do without food, pharmaceuticals, and petroleum products?

I think that the One World Government is going to happen soon. If you look at what is going on in Antarctica, the people of a bunch of nations are all together on a land and they are working together researching things -they aren't really battling each other like the other places.
Also the high group leaders within the world are meeting up to a meeting called the "World Government Summit", so they are definitely trying to speed up the One World Government thing.

Here I completely agree with you. I do not even have a leg to imagine that the world government would allow such movements of Russia and its authorities. Therefore, the conclusion is one, all governments of the countries or are friends against or are friends with each other, without top management.
