I don't think their is a government that rules above all like some sort of new world order that is a coalition of nations that want to see one big nation running the entire globe, But I do feel that countries like the US have a hand in everything that goes on in the world and influence the entire worlds decisions on when and when not to do certain things.

This would be the reason in which people think that the US is one of the world bullies in that they control everything in the world. I think that when the US wants themselves to look bad, they do it in order to benefit themselves in the long run.

So, the world government (or gov with influence over the world) would have to be the United States by far.

No. There are none but there are countries that are considered superpowers in terms of their huge economy and military prowess which are really powerful with the rest of the countries in the world but it is impossible to have a world fovernment unless these superpower countries will reach a common understanding or eliminate their competitors to become the most powerful and only superpower country then there can be no hindrance in establishing a world government.

These countries are currently bind in the UN as the 5 permanent members in order to avoid having war which their seats functioned as a non-agression pact. Also there are rising superpowers around the corner wanting to be a part in this circle of greatness and glory.

There is no global government with structure of typical government. However, there is a limited number of people, which are influencers. I have met several such people. For example people, who manage norwegian oil fund of around of 1 trillion use worldwide. People which quietly write policies for governments etc. There is such thing. From other side it is each person, who is responsible for his own life.
However, the more I understood how it works, then more I was thinking about the need of actual democratic global government.
No immigration issues, no poverty issues, or any other global issues can be solved without a strong global government. Bitcoin and crypto currencies are the most global financial thing possible.

However, SDR is just an inside instrument for exchanges between the banks. In fact all power and all money come from the people. If you control the world's financial flows it is possible to control the whole world. It seems to me that world government is not. There is a small group of countries which has a large impact on the global economy, but no more. With money they can do a lot, but not all.

One important thing I learned from people, who have access to managing substantial share of world finances.
They are completely not free. Just they are completely regulated by efficiency of finance management.
The main problem of people, who manage finance is efficiency and not to loose those finances and management instruments.
The very last thing they care are their personal interests.
These are highly professional people and I would say in they work they are much much more restricted than majority of the people.

There is no world government. This was done by the western money power, the people who control most of the money in the world.

You're trying to tell me that North Korea, Iran, Russia, China are all part of some giant world government? Then why are those nations always demonized?
