Bitcoin adoption in my country is quite low compared to countries where large number of users were found. Also adoption happens based upon the support got from the government. On this basis, its really hard to find shops accepting bitcoin in my locality at the same can find traders who convert bitcoin to fiat.

I think it is still a milestone for Bitcoin! As in my country there are cashless options like beam , visa pay , master pay , etc but only 5-10% of the people actually use this. And ignoring the rest out of all the population only 1-2% know what bitcoin actually is so i think it is going to be a long road for bitcoin to cover but when it becomes famous i think the price is going to shoot and it is no longer going to be controlled by china

We need more publicity for this Bitcoin then only bitcoin users will increase, and our governments will accept Bitcoin as a legal currency. In my country out of 100, i think less than 5 people don't know what bitcoin is. And we will not get any news regarding this bitcoin in tv channels and newspapers. So how people will get to know about Bitcoin.

You are probably either one of the most stupid person here or you just do not care to research and find out what Bitcoin is all about and what it is capable of. You do not want Bitcoin to become regulated or become a legal currency. All you want is to hold and for Bitcoin to increase so that you can be rich.

Even if Bitcoin is progressing in value uptrend, and development, it lacks of a wide array of local merchants that accept it. In the US, I have seen several local shops that accept BTC, but it is a very minimal amount when compared to other stores that mostly accept fiat and/or credit cards like Visa. That is why I wonder, why BTC hasn't been greatly adopted by local merchants and retailers worldwide, as it would have a positive effect towards mainstream adoption of it and other digital currencies. Nevertheless, I would like to know if there are local shops around your region or area that would accept BTC. i think people not know about bitcoin yet ... so people not believe yet for payment ..

As we can see has started bitcoin accepted by marketplaces maybe someday my region will accept bitcoin in sooner that is make great in the future.

It's not about believing or not believing but every marketplace will always follow the trend and be targeting only those which can give them big advantages and helping them to cover majority of their customers. And bitcoin for now still have pretty low users and thus the coverage still under what the marketplaces required to have. If bitcoin just gaining its popularity and as popular as Paypal, the marketplaces will automatically implement the usage of it

Same here there is still no merchant who accepts bitcoin here on my place which is somehow frustrating because i cant spend my bitcoin directly and i would just need to exchange it anytime i wanna use it but most bitcoin users are hoping the same thing on which adoption would increase even more in the future and many merchnts would tend to adopt i.

That's true, only very few country people were much aware of bitcoin as well existence of several other digital currencies. Those countries get lots of stores accepting bitcoin, in my country very small acceptance is found as well few online websites were accepting bitcoin.

I still don't know of physical stores accepting bitcoins here in the Philippines but there are online stores accepting bitcoin for payment. I haven't really tried any of that yet but what I'm thankful for is that we have plenty of ways of cashing in and out, which I've seen in forum, some members are having a problem with. I'm also glad that I can use my bitcoins to load prepaid mobile, and pay bills right out of coins.ph.
There are some physical stores accepting bitcoins like the "Bunnybaker" I previously tried their service they offer wedding and birthday cakes and what I like the most is they have a design of bitcoin. So you actually went to their store? Do they have other branches? Sigh, would be really nice to just go anywhere and be able to use bitcoins. I mean, I have a credit card but having people swipe it would make me anxious if it's not in a large establishment. BTW I'm just curious, how do they price their products? Is there like a fixed peso price and then you'll just pay the current bitcoin rate?

Agree. They are still many people who don't know what Bitcoin is and if it even exists. It should be easy enough to attract new users into Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies if there is good promotion about it. Since cryptocurrencies have focused more into their technical aspects, instead of making them more accessible for everyday people, it has lacked the ability of easily attracting new people into it. However, we are seeing that each day Bitcoin is becoming more accessible, thanks to services like Coinbase which simplifies the task of just making a wallet for any user to start with Bitcoin without any technical knowledge of setting up nodes, syncing with the blockchain, etc. In addition, scalable solutions can truly make a spike in Bitcoin's price and help gather the attention of those who are new into it. Just my opinion.
