Hy look at this transaction:https://blockchain.info/ro/tx/3e4c3122f32728b9b5a3efcc911a47f5bb2a9f0d4a32305b8e1aa7914e571ae6
I put the fee of 110 satoshi per byte and still the transaction has 0 confirmations after 1 hour. What is happening?

I don't see anything apparently wrong with it. Unless it is badly propagated [1], it should be included in the next block. You can see the estimated number of TXs in each fee range here: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/. What wallet did you use?

[1] - For example, ViaBTC throws the "Transaction not exist" error if you try to use their accelerator.
