Which BTC exchange is the worst ? do we have a good exchange at all ?
During the last week:
- bitparking closed
- Mt Gox crashed sometimes
- Bitcoin-24 recently gave free bitcoins
- BTC-E is crashing sometimes for a short period
- Vircurex is not available sometimes and not enough funds there to trade
A lot of exchanges closed longer time ago.

Maybe the solution is an exchange made by trustable people that then create one
Not a 'trustable' exchange that then makes its creators known

I think it depends what country you are in, which is unfortunate, but a reality.  If all else fails and you are in a country where bitcoin has some traction you can always you one of the many platform where you can trade locally.
