It’s not MLM because it doesn’t have multiple levels and you don’t have to pay anything to

Level 2, which is called SilverPlan has a members area affiliate plan that has 2 levels but that is optional.

cool, i like how that sounds. kinda has the nice incentives of an affiliate program , but for those who don't want to go deeper its fully optional.
i will definitally take part in that first level might buy in even if all goes well.
