[Raffleception] Win tickets to "The Raffle of All Raffles"! Blocks 448023&448024

So we are currently filling the biggest raffle in btct history right now, read more about it here.

While doing this I realize that a lot of people might not want to pay 0.0391 for a ticket when there's a 1 in 256 chance to win. So I came up with the idea of doing a raffle within a raffle - Raffleception!

So here's how we'll do it:

16 spots, classic raffle. There will be 2 equal prizes. Once this is filled we will Select two blocks and whoever has the correct characters at the end of those blocks will win one of the prizes.

The prizes: Winner and runner up will get 1 ticket each to "The Raffle of All Raffles".

Price per ticket: 0.005BTC.

Here is a few Raffleception statistical information's for transparency and lulz:
If you play one ticket in the Raffleception you will have 1/8 chance of winning a ticket to the big raffle.
If you play one ticket in the big raffle, you will have a 1/256 chance for winning the 1st prize.
This means that one ticket in the Raffleception gives you a 1/2048 chance of winning 1st prize in the big raffle.

However the big raffles feature prizes for the best losers so the overall odds of a gain is slightly higher.
There is 7 prizes, these are uncorrelated as the raffle master has stated that you can win multiple prizes,
This gives you a 7/2048 chance of winning one of the 7 prizes with a Raffleception ticket
