I just started trading on Bitfloor and I've been unable to upload a copy of my government ID. The image upload keeps failing so I cannot submit my verification request and ultimately withdraw funds. I've emailed support regarding the issue but have had no reply in the past 2 days, though I'm sure their support team has been inundated after the DDoS attack.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.
