How long its been down? And how long it will down? This is my first time getting this kind of error..
A little bit worried before, because I thought it was something wrong in my own wallet.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

There is no Blockchain.info support in this forum and they already responded.

We're investigating some site reliability issues at the moment. We'll keep updating here as we have updates. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Blockchain is currently down right now, can't access my wallet, look up anything. Its kinda annoying because I am waiting on a payment to my wallet, and I am completely in the black about whether or not my payment actually came in or if it is confirmed or not.

I doubt they lost any of their bitcoin due to the outage, it says you don't have any balance in your wallet because their server is down and therefore can't fetch the balance of any of your addresses. Tell them they did not lose their bitcoin, and if they did lose it, blockchain.info would definitely refund you.

Just like bitcointalk forum, everything need to be fix because with many transaction, many problem will occur too. I'm also worried about my balance to my blockchain wallet. But we can't do nothing until all database problem fully resolve.

I mean they lost not because stolen but when blockchain down and when they see their balance become zero and like a new wallet.

...

Almost 6:00 PM (US ET), and I find blockchain.info running apparently normally (including my wallet there).

Yes, yes, yes re not keeping too much BTC in your blockchain.info wallet.  I keep most of my BTC in cold storage on a Trezor and a Ledger.

blockchain.info has had various kinds of problems before, including spending all the BTC I had in one of my addresses there (it got resolved OK, after some back-and-forth I got my BTC back).

I am not a programmer, but my guess would be that their complex site might mean that when they change something, their system crashes.

I have NEVER EVER seen that before...

Wallet and full size functionality is back up. Tested sending and receiving and it worked fine and everything works smoothly, and back to normal. I wonder what the problem is

Not sure but they always seem to be true to their word.
Probably not a good idea to leave lots of bitcoin on there but I think it's ok to leave what you plan to spend on there.
Maybe they had a glitch in their system or something & instead of risk it they took the site down to be safe.
I don't think it's anything security wise, even if it was you should have a 2nd password plus 2 factor authentication so hackers would be unlikely to be able to get your coins any way.
One other thing  - on the wallet section you can print a paper walletso you're in control of your own private keys any way.
If the site ceased to exist you 'should' be able to import your private key elsewhere & swipe that wallet any way.
