This exchange is notorious for their "maintenance work in progress", there is hardly a single day without such maintenance (after 3 years of operation). I can't possibly fathom how that can be called "the highest standards of exchange and storage services". Besides, their trading API is as ugly as it is primitive, if not outright broken. For example, you can't cancel a bunch of orders just as you can't add a bunch of orders either with just one request. If you need to add a lot of orders at once, you'd better not try sending them one after another in one loop, because some may get added, some may end up rejected. People who developed it obviously don't have a clue about what traders need...

Yes, I read about that in the troll box

I even looked at the message which won the prize (it was published on another forum), though I didn't read it (the contents of it were hidden). My point is that writing this flattering and smarmy eulogy on Exmo (a tale of excellence, wtf) didn't bring anything to its author and turned out to be a complete waste of time and effort. As I got it, the author of the winning review was awarded for allegedly telling the truth about this exchange, but the harsh truth is that the exchange gives you constant butthurt (when compared to bigger exchanges like btc-e)

Exmo has just been banned by Roskomnadzor in Russia

I guess this followed and was the direct consequence of the review contest they had been running recently. It seems that no one from the monitoring agencies had even heard about this exchange before. Though this will obviously have no effect since the exchange already has a few mirrors and while the rogue officials try to ban the next mirror (this still requires a court ruling), they will just register another domain

It is certainly not what you think

Estimated here obviously means calculated, they have glaring translation issues. So be cautious since what you read may not in fact mean what is actually meant there. As an aside, they have real issues with correct calculation of the values in the new order fields of the web interface due to some rounding errors. This problem had been confirmed by their support but it seems that they don't have full-time developers to fix it so it is unlikely that it will get resolved any time soon

EXMO is scam. Many people have problems with eposits and withdraws every time. The exchange periodically holdes deposits, explaining this with technical works.
