Hey folks

I am looking to purchase BTC with PP. We can do the gift thing or whatever the non-refundable thing is on PP.
I've got small but fairly good OTC rating.. sold/bought/lent/borrowed BTC in the past.

If anyone's interested let me know how many BTC and the price.

thanks Smiley

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Are you near San Diego County, CA, or have you ruled out all the traders on localbitcoins.com (not just local anymore)?

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.
