Daily use of bitcoin?

Daily using of bitcoin similar to that we use in stores or for other services is not available yet. Only limited places accept bitcoin. So daily use of bitcoin is little hard these days.

in most of the area such kind of facilities are not available available and specially in back ward area where people do not know about bitcoin so they do not have the facilities to use bitcoin in their local shops. but such people use bitcoin for investment and after getting some good profit they convert it in to fiat and then use it for daily use.

At this moment when bitcoin fail to be used in offline stores,  it excel in investment because of the possible profit one Bitcoin investor have when the price of Bitcoin skyrocket.  It is true that people who trades convert Bitcoin to fiat ( me included) but many of them just buy back bitcoin when it price go down.  People tend to keep or trade bitcoin to profit than using it to some stores everyday.

No, I can't meet daily basic needs with bitcoin.In my country, no one shopping center accept bitcoin as a payment processor.Even, they don't know about bitcoin.Here only young generation knows only about bitcoin. Bitcoin meets me some necessary tools that I need much time, like VPS, VPS,Domain, Hosting etc.With the purposes of bitcoin, I can easily buy them.

Yeah, it is a type of business that most of the people are doing using bitcoins. First they buy or earn bitcoin through trading and then make their money more and more by trading of altcoin, by which they gain very good amount of profit  and using it for daily needs is something a difficult for someone. I heard that Starbucks already started to accept bitcoin as payment. I don't imagine how it work exactly, because of I have no place here that would accept bitcoin. But I think such transactions in place that work with bitcoin all operations provided as fast as with a card.

If all starbucks outlet in the whole world will accepted bitcoin all coffee drinkers who are addicted in coffee will become familiar with bitcoin for sure, even the uneducated person will become curious about it because they will see some of their co-customer are buying via bitcoin. It is true but not Starbucks only, but other popular and big companies if they start adopting bitcoin as a payment method many people will start using it and it will become more popular, especially when it comes to the things that people use every day like restaurants MacDonald for example. If walmart starts accepts then we can see a new revolutions.

I think we must remember the context here... most of us who have begun to use bitcoin haven't stopped using fiat or other means of payment.

Bitcoin has incredible benefits , and I've begun to use it for small actions but I wouldn't be in harm's way if bitcoin died tomorrow. Crypto hasn't yet displaced fiat for me, or most others. I hope that will change, but I know not to expect it any time soon.

Well, 15minutes for the block to move. If there are be able to accept it with 0 confirmation then you could just pay and get. But 0 confirmation is bad due to it is abuse able where i read on certain articles. This is why you can see most betting sites which accept bitcoins take 1-2 confirmation so it don't double spent

In a way, the store will pay quickly, the business is a good thing, and of course we will have a quick payment. Bitcoin credit card is probably the best choice

I don't not use my bitcoins on a daily basis because I see them as an investment platform rewarding me in the long run...
Though I use my bitcoin visa debit card when I want to spend some as it gives me some protection from scammers and less complications of waiting for a transaction to confirm.

Not only you there are many people like you are not using bitcoin in their daily life when compared to debit or credit. Right now bitcoin is investment where you can see potential of bitcoin very soon, because slowly many stores are accepting bitcoin through online, but for international people it is not possible to buy products with bitcoin may be.

For those people who depends on bitcoin for their daily living they can say yes bitcoin can be use for daily lives where they can easily exchange bitcoin into fiat and use that inyo physical things , and yeah some stores are now accepting bitcoin hoping in super market too but it will take time for sure to be accepted.

Btc debit or credit worse idea use bitcoin in daily life. They would charge to use the card in every month. Cards swipe charges and etc link regular banks. I share the same opinion about Bitcoins future but I think there are a lot of shops and institutions now accepting Bitcoins-maybe you should find out more (The future is near and now). There are a lot of Bitcoin ATM's springing up too so in effect one can just withdraw from a Bitcoin ATM and shop and this shows how it can be used on a daily basis.

I really don't know how the Starbucks' service works when it comes to a bitcoin transaction but just like what might other have said earlier you don't have to wait until transaction has been confirmed before you can be served with your order once you have sent it to the right receiver then everything is already fine . you seemed to be interested to buy a coffee from starbucks with your bitcoin so I think you should search and read further information regarding to that service .

Well it is only applicable to your country. Obviously if you are in a different country all of it will be useless because they will have a different provider, a different way to pay bills in other words they have a different system that your local wallet does not have any authority with. Not unless the app is a multinational compatible app it will be useless to the user.

I think that apps like coins.ph are a useful thing, even if they just work mainly in one nation.
The Philippines for example are not a rich country, but most of their people have a smartphone and the population is over 100 millions.
Instead of using an expensive service like western union they now can use that app.
