It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

Already answered, check twitter & posts.

Again, once coins matured, bounty will be paid out as promised.

Currently 804.

GPU mining is still good, I am doing solo & I see 100 connected. Which is the MAX possible, so lot of interest. But someone stated needs ASIC hardware, its not true. You still able to get mining, otherwise pool is my backup if diff goes up a lot.

We need to start rally to get our VirtualCoin on good exchange.
I think this coin is worth over $100 as someone earlier mentioned.

yobit.net would be the best one without paying lot of BTC as a listing fee.

Can someone help me on how to mine vccoin solo? thanks

Go to Debug -> CONSOLE

type
getmininginfo

if it says...
"generate" : false,
then Mining is turn off.

type
setgenerate true -1

then
getmininginfo
"generate" : true,
Now it will say true.

get a GPU miner & point towards 127.0.0.1 port 10000

username & password in your virtualcoin.conf file. You can change that, if you do change, you need to restart wallet.

If joining pool, use precaution with www.Cryptopool.tk as op has not disclose fees & seems only virtualcoin miners active.

Before throwing hash at a coin, the miners must read all the coin details first and understand. Some people are not reading details clearly.

Pool is quite new and people are not there, because there is not so high hashrate, but we are in circle with this and competition with other pools is strong. Fee is 2% and in the future can be decreased. Fees are used only for pool maintenance together with my donations.

1st It's a relaunch, not forked.

2nd,Do you even know how crypto currency works? coins can only be distributed after they mature.

3rd. Coin will be given out based to old users which was clearly stated by Dev
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1756007.msg17647085#msg17647085

Original/old VirtualCoin supporters also get coins under this offer: (till Jan 23rd, 2017)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1756007.msg17578695#msg17578695
For every tweet you get 100 VC upto your old balance + 250 VC for signature. (only original VirtualCoin supporters)

4th, All new & older supporters get additional coins under Signature & twitter bounty (up to Feb 3rd, 2017 Launch)

What have you done for VirtualCoin so far? Based on which offer or offers you participated you will get your coins. I am originally supporter for virtual coin since 2014, I will be getting coins based on these offers that I participated.

and of course you still get coins based on mining? even then you still have to wait for your mined coins to mature. This applies to all, even Dev.
