Op, you want to use online wallet which won't block your account? Use blockchain.info I tested this wallet with many gambling sites and never encountered a single problem.
It appears that blockchain.info is not spying on their customers and won't track coin flow inside your wallet.

But if you really want to be safe and don't rely on 3rd party services, then use SPV software wallet: Electrum or Multibit will be just fine.
