I'd like to stress the fourth one since, at this day and age, we really have to be technologically competent. Not embracing new tech will just put your competitors ahead of you. I found some common factor for them.
They are grow up in not normal way like we thinking. Sometimes when they grow up make them motivating sometimes happend something bad.
One fast example Francis Drake propably one most famous pirate and this one who was a foundation of British Empire. He achieve this because he was smart and he rly hate Spains. He grow up in hate to Spain etc.
Most of people grow up very same Mother, Father, Family, School grow up making own Family, Work, Growing Kids.
