Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

How has ontology helped anyone?  Huh Huh Huh
You guys are trying to put ontology on the blockchain right?
How is that in any way useful?

You are going to combine Web Ontology Language with blockchain?

What' s the usage of Web Ontology Language?

Yes, we are trying to use ontology on the blockchain. Just think about it, should the contract be written in a form that no one can understand? The smart contracts are written in code, so only programmers can write and understand them. However, the trust contracts separate the contents of the contract into a human-readable language by using the OWL. Basically, OWL and TAL separate the declarations from the processing just like what was happened on the Internet.

Learning declarative languages and learning programming languages are totally different. One of the main reasons that the Internet has been able to generate a large number of pages now is because the declaration(e.g. HTML) and the processing(e.g. javascript) are separated.

how do i become a congress member? Smiley

I will quote from the whitepaper, it's fairly easy.

You will be regarded as a Congress member if you meet the following criteria:

1. Run a fully-synchronized node at stable network speeds
2. Freeze at least one unit (one frozen unit is 10,000 BOS)
3. Participate in voting

Anyone can become a Congress member. A node could be a server or a personal computer and the node can be located at home or a remote location, as long as network speeds are stable.

It's hard to get consensus on changes to blockchains these days. Especially when we're dealing with proof-of-work and allowing miners to vote, putting all of the power of the voting system into the hands of people who have incentives to collect higher fees by keeping the transaction throughput low (Decreasing bandwidth supply with heightening demand). This can slow down progress regarding change proposals to the Bitcoin protocol. Bitcoin has taught us much. What if there were a network of verifying and mining nodes that bet (based on the number of other nodes that bet on them to mine blocks well) on changes... Then we might have a system in which the goal of the community would be heard and could be implemented, instead of great fixes sitting on ice for... prolonged... periods... of... time.
Thoughts?

initial Coin Offerings have become popular lately, with the advent of not just Bitcoin-clones, but many new kinds flavors of cryptocurrencies. Other the BOSCoin, any coin offerings you guys excited about? I'm sure we could use BOS to create a prediction app/game for how well cryptos do. Also, might be interesting gauge for how well an ICO might do...

I can see that the pre-sale ICO is over, I will like to know how much was raised during your pre-sale and what has been done with the fund.

The ICO haven't even started yet, read the schedule in the OP for further info.

Yes, the ICO has not started yet, but the total of 3055.425 BTC is raised in our pre-sale.
And we are getting ready for the ICO and using it to hire more developers.

Lol. Now is ur turn to believe him claiming that he managed to collect 3.5 million dollars without even starting a presale. He might have fabricate 99 percent of all ico transactions. If u check the ico addy u may notice that most of the dummy bitcoins came from poloniex cold wallet.

That's a really good point. Not only Bitcoin but also Ethereum has no consensus mechanism for the blockchain code itself. This absence make them hard to evolve. To cope with this problem, we introduced Congress for decision making. Please refer to Whitepaper. We will explain it in details afterward.
