If the number of coins is too total, it will be hard to raise the price and it means that you have a high chance of dying. 

ya i been chewing on that, 10 billion is just SO many haha

at 1 satoshi thats a 100BTC market cap at 10 billion coins -- ok that seems doable.
at 10 satoshi thats 1000BTC -- getting higher...
at 100 satoshi 10,000BTC -- ooo thts pretty dank now but 10 million dollar projects are easily out there
at 1000 satoshi BTC thats a 100,000BTC market cap.      (100 million dollar project)

room for growth could definitally be a problem, but of course all 10 billion tokens wont ever be on exchange at the same time (5.5 years till the 3.5 billion total from the "commons budget" and so on)

We use a reasonably large number because we thought if the amount of coins actually used is always under several decimal points, such as Bitcoin, it is little inconvenient to use in our daily life.

Since that announced, I got interest in this coin! But the amount of 10 Billion's justified why? Simply for practicality? So the BOScoin mission isn't to be the new Bitcoin (Gold) but the new currency (Fiat)!?

We can’t say which number is big and which number is right. It’s more about how we create the value. Most of the coins will not be in circulation. Although 10 billion sounds like a lot, most of the coins are held in the commons account and frozen in nodes.
and for your second question, what we are trying to build is a platform with trust contract. So, that’s gonna be different from either Bitcoin or fiat currency. Initially, we are developing some applications, but this will be a platform that everyone can build their own applications.

There seems to be a misunderstanding. At the time of the genesis block creation, there will be only about 1 billion coins available, and the other 9 billion coins will be issued continuously for next 141 years(estimated).

As you may see in whitepaper(7. Coin issuance section), we have allocated the total number of coin issuance. The main reason behind only about 10% of the total coins for ICO is that we design to provide more benefits to the users from the following categories: ‘Commons budget’, ‘Freezing Rewards’, and “Confirmation Rewards.’

The key feature of our coin is that the Congress will carry out the decision, as a principle of 1 node per 1 vote rule. Hence, the initial coins and nodes contained by the BlockchainOS are designed to decrease over times.

We have no control over the coins, but the Congress will have the power accordance to our coin design.

When is it possible to build nodes on Windows?

You could start building your nodes after the milestone 1 is done, but we cannot guarantee the exact date, yet. We are aiming to show our alpha version during the ICO period.
We are planning to release on Windows, Mac and Linux at the fairly same time, but please be aware of that our software will only support 64-bit systems.
