I need information on a user for 16$ BTC

you can see that the user Pulithey1986 has scammed me out of a nice sum of my money. I am willing to pay 16$ BTC to whoever can find me some real information from this user so I can take better action. I'd recommand you look at this link: http://imgur.com/gallery/eaqHL9i
you will see the name of the paypal he used he might have been stupid enough to use his actual but I'm not sure.

here's what I know:

 - his ICQ is: 686974098
 - It states he's from South Africa [which might be accurrate doesn't have to be]
 - The name on the Paypal he used is: Siphesihle Mtukwane

I will sent to whoever has any useful information like phone number, address, real name etc

Hi OP, Even if you have that information I don't think it would matter anymore and you're just wasting your $16 on it. What will you do with the information anyway? Fly to his country just to force him to pay $417? You'll probably spend more for the plane tickets. If you post that the guy is a scammer on the internet, I don't think anyone will care either.
