Can you comment a bit please what do you mean? Currently 1 ETH = 100 DIL, so 100 DIL are generated for each 1 ETH.
This means that if 30 000 ETH are raised, then 3 000 000 DIL is generated, while if maximum 1 600 000 ETH is donated, then 160 000 000 DIL is generated. So the number of tokens corresponds to investments. Or you mean additional bonus for bigger investments?

This is a mass registration address, virtual office, which we rent from London presence (www.companiesmadesimple.com/). We have no need in real one yet and it costs substantial funds. We plan to get one after pre-ICO. So, there are many companies registered there. This question was already asked and discussed here:

Norwegian address is a non-virtual. As far as this raises questions - I have removed our UK address (we don t really need it on the web site - it s used to get mails from government only). All addresses, which are on the web site now are real.
Just to make it more easy for you to find things (so that no one will be pretending he found something new and interesting) - company is dormant and it has no bank account. We don t use it as proof to make this project more legitimate, just for the legal questions (Copyright and agreement between the founders). The world does not exactly need another decentralised supercomputer, since there are some. Ethereum has been dubbed as beeing one, now most people recognized it isn't. It's more like ... kitchen cuttlery. Not a spoon not a knife

We are not even in the same building - that s a mass registration address from London Presence company (btw, probably we ll change it soon for a cheaper one, or for the non-virtual address of some of our colleagues).
Are you specialist in Solidity and JavaScript? Ethereum (and as I understand Lisk) are among the most interesting projects in blockchain during the last years and have a goal to make mining somewhat useful. Blockchain and bitcoin are not understood by many people. In minds of many people they have bad reputation overall.
I can say the next thing. By traditional society blockchain and bitcoin are perceived as something very new and unique, while in crypto world they are like dinosaurs, so many interesting technologies  are made in blockchain now, every month, more and more (we now even have coins like Pascal, which can work without growing blockchain at all), which are not yet understood or not known yet. Not everyone, who understands bitcoin has positive opinion about smart-contracts and Ethereum. Not everyone, who understands Ethereum understands Golem and our project. So, when we communicate to community we feel a bit like bitcoin users and bitcoin adopters feel themselves, while talking with the rest of the society. We know that it worth it, we know that it s valuable, but we need to explain this to others.
Ethereum and Lisk give an opportunity to make virtual organizations and do a lot of useful things using blockchain. As far as they are Turing complete, all things can happen, like what was with slock it. It just depends on how professional are people writing the smart-contract and how accurate is community. Btw, for our smart-contract we have 3 people validating each other and also github repository for the  validation by community.
So, while being one of the most advanced blockchain projects, Ethereum, Lisk and other blockchains enabling smart-contracts, raise blockchain field to the new level. Projects like Golem, iex.ec, Elastic project, IOTA  and ours bring all blockchain to a completely new level, when it finally can be recognized as something useful by the general society - for example can be used for scientific computing. I see that all similar projects in this field - Golem, iex.ec, Elastic Project, IOTA and SONM use different technologies. SONM is  the only project, combining BOINC and Ethereum.
Such diversity is awesome, so it means that there are higher chances that at least some of these projects will work and will be efficient. In any startups field there is a funnel of the projects. Some projects die, some projects fly. It s just up to investors, where they want to be. It s bad to happen to be with losers, but that is the desire to be with winners, which drives the progress!

I think it is best if there will be a fixed number of DILs before crowdfunding starts. And as what I observed in other successful projects it is best if those coins will be distributed according to investments. Which means that if you want to to distribute the 160 million DILs thru crowfunding it will be automatically divided by the total funds collected. No more fixed price like the 1 eth = 100 DILs

Another scenario is go on with your fixed price 1 eth = 100 DILs but if you collected investments only worth 100 million DILs you need to burn undistributed 60 million. Because developers will have to keep 62 million DILs only.
