The Ubiq development team is committed to providing the most stable, flexible and bug-free platform available for the development of enterprise level applications. This is accomplished through extensive observation, testing and improvements to the various blockchain technologies currently available.

I normally do not like ICOs which are very plain but i liked  . I'll add the list to follow. You have said quite discreetly in the article that you have made a distinction. This is not an easy task to do. As I said, I am following you for a while.

^we are outreaching our arms towards all the former ethereum devs to drop that project and join UBQ because we are more legit!  Cool  *stay tuned*

You can't be more blatant. It is sooooooo fake. There is no fucking 32K sat market price. How could be? There is NO market yet. This two retards acting like they are trading between each other just to pump the nonexistent prices... You will get 10 coins from this shit, for 1 jumbucks. Do you really believe there is someone who would give 32K sat for a 3 cents worth coin?

Adjustments to Difficulty calculation - Hard fork required

We have been monitoring the Ubiq network since launch and have found that the default Digibyte Digishield settings are overly sensitive to the Dagger Hashimoto algorithm so block times are not as consistent as we would like them long term.  This issue did not show up in our earlier Testnet testing as this issue does not show up for smaller hash rates.

Since we are a new network, we felt it was right to make the necessary changes to address this issue early on.  The network is working fine but we can do better.

We will be putting out a new release in a few hours which implements the changes.  The technical details are that we will increase the number of past blocks that we will sample for calculations (up from 30 minutes) and we will decrease the % adjustment.

This will be a hard fork change but there will be adequate time to upgrade (around 24 hours) from when the wallets are released.

We have been testing this for a few days in our local Testnet and the results look good.  We do not anticipate any issues and we are in close conversation with our pool operators.

If you are a pool operation not in our Ubiq Slack, please join at http://slack.ubiqsmart.com

Thank you for your support and understanding.

Update to Bittrex listing

Bittrex are finalizing their integration work for Ubiq.  They will be ready to list Ubiq after the hard fork has switched over. We will announce a day before when the Bittrex market will open.  Thank you for your patience.

Good to make this decision now, rather than later when there are more pools, Dapps, exchanges, nodes, etc...which will need to be updated. Building is only as strong as its foundation Smiley
