Please note that difficulty has gone up, and it still goes at an extreme rate. There are rumors about 2 exchanges adding it. You can check bbq forum and see that they are selling at this rate, or even higher. Another user on BBQ thread has claimed that he actually sold at this rate. My advice is to grab as much of this coin as possible, before the exchages

I will only sell 13.5k for now. If someone gets them all and is in the first 5 ppl offer the price would be 0.15 x 5(5k coins) + 0.4 x 8.5(8.5k coins) = 0.75 + 3.4 = 4.15BTC

I really have no idea. I knew about the c4n10's exchange but it seems closed for now.
Though, i choose believe the person who said about those 2 exchanges and buys bqc like a madman
If you need to buy some, i can sell you by rate 0.4btc/1k bqc (or 0.15 btc if you are in the first 5 offer) but not a whole lot, i want to keep most of those for the exchange
