The development has been ongoing since November or December I believe. The crowdfunding has yet to be announced. Join the slack Slack.blocktix.io it is very active and there are people who can answer any question you may have.

The ticket industry is booming everywhere. Concerts, cinema, bus, train, anything can be sold on the ethereum chain. I'll keep an eye on this project and also reserve the Spanish translation if it's available.
