People can just give us good advice, but we have to make our decision very strong, and we have to stick with our conditions. That means, whatever happens, we do not play gambling anymore. For example, i don't play a lot or for long time (i play games spot during my free time), so i have no idea about, but i trade forex all day and when i had a significant  loss i usually turn off my Pc and i go out for a drink , just for not run behind loss.
