I do not think that an addicted person will always be in debit, i think that there are so many addicted people who are playing gambling in a limit and never increase their limit which is in fact keeping them safe from debit. Really? 30% women gamblers? it is nice but unfortunately i never see any woman who play gambling, but i see mostly women sit in casinos. 
Yeah, it is common secret and same here in gambling we play gambling because we want to relief from our daily disturbing life and when we have loss in gambling then we also want relief from our loss and then better to quit everything and go out side.
