What Is Your Worst Moment in Gambling?

Basically mine are pretty much similiar to most people here.

First is basically getting addicted to "martingaling". Where you think its not possible to get 20+ losses in a row. This is the worst feeling because every sequential bet is a huge loss to your balance and your heart just sinks if it rolls "red".

Second is also pretty common. Sometimes I manually set my bets and base bet sizes, so I do lots of manual clicking on the "Roll" button, however sometimes you move the mouse wrong and accidently hit "MAX BET" and you click Roll and its a loss. Hence why its a good idea never to keep all your BTC at your account.

Yeah, that max bet accident always happened. I heard a person accidentally max bet all his bitcoins on dice and lose, it must be very sucks if that happened to you and lose.

Thats when the gods are with you lol   I would probably go run around the block after being that lucky on such a mistake.    Too nervous to bet much at that point. 

   I found the actual win or loss overall for gambling comes from having a good method built up and system of judging risk.   Thats why having too much on 1 bet can be a negative because it'll throw off your mood and unsettle you imo.   If I'm that lucky, I'm taking alot off the table so it doesnt matter so much afterwards and less pressure = win

Beginners luck didn't work for you but for others including me it did worked. Did you continue after that lost because most of the newbies won't pursue after losing.

I think we all have experienced this, that feeling of excitement and at the same time anxiety, knowing that you could win or lose at the same time. There is no assurance but just the mystery until it happens. It’s either regret or happiness which you will encounter. I think when your balance is going down, you start to feel scared until you have that winning bet. It’s always like that, just gamble occasionally, that’s my opinion.

Did the gambling site promise that they are going to let you to win? Were you expecting that bet to be a sure win? People coming in here saying that their worst moment is that they lost. That's the only thing gambling makes you do, it makes you lose money and you know that quite well both from experience and theory. I see no reason for you to be mad about that happening unless you were delusional enough to think that you're going to win in gambling. SMH.

Yes, it is the greed which make us loss in gambling. I remember a few months ago, i played dice and was winning together few consecutive wins. I was playing with a strategy and keep on investing slowly. Just than greed came in and i invested all my profit at once and lost that on a single dice game.
Anyways that was part of the game as there are many good moments in gambling too. It is a game where you will enjoy both the moods, Good and Bad, depending on the luck.

When you won, were you not being greedy when you put that bet? I think greed was present on all situations so greed isn't really what to blame. It's all just math and according to the math behind gambling, you are doomed to lose.

Self control is for me the best attitude we need when we gamble.

For me it's being realistic. When you're realistic, you don't need self-control in gambling because you're not going to be gambling at all. You would know that casinos, both online and the actual one, are services that are made for the owners to win. Everyone's sobbing about their losses and very few are enjoying their wins. Just knowing how significant is the possibility of you losing over winning should be enough to wake you up and stop you from gambling.

Lol is a very sad carelessness, I've also done it on the dice and luckily I won, in gambling it also takes precision and focus. if you
don't focus you might gamble with all your money lol. other than carelessness, the other scourge in gambling is greed, be careful with that

It is not greed that would make you lose as losing is generally a part of the game already. Greed on the other hand is just an attribute that would make you get burned and lose everything that you have. A lot of people get so greedy, that they let their emotions control them, they want to keep winning after winning a whole lot already or they just want to keep pushing their luck to see if they could recover all they have lost one way or the other. This is the reason why greedy people often end up becoming addicts.

You really want to count yourself extremely lucky in such a case as it could have always been the other way round. My worst moment was not setting limit on an auto roll and then I had these long streaks of losses that almost left my account with nothing or just some tiny piece of funds left since the next bet could not pick it up. It was a silly mistake which I really regretted but even if I go back to gambling today, that is one mistake I will never ever make when it comes to gambling online.

Hmm, let me think first. Oh! I guess my worst experience is when I lost all of my allowance because of Chinese Poker (also called Pusoy here in our country) during my highschool days. If I reminisce what happened that day, it was already a small amount compare to the money I earned today, but still, I struggled a lot that time because it was my only money for the rest of the week; and since I lost, I come to the point that I swallow my pride and owe money to my classmates, teased by everybody but got nothing to do because I knew to myself that it was my mistake. I felt terrible disgrace that time so I promised myself to do not make an All In every time I play from now on.

As I've said a while ago, it was not so big amount but I still consider this as my worst experience because of the trauma

It happened almost 6 years ago when i have a quarrel with my wife before going to work and it happens also that it was a payday since the ATM of company got a problem we have been paid in cash in hand so with demonic mind that time because of the misunderstanding with wife i go with my gambling addict friends in casino and after a good time i end up losing every single cents i have and when i get home all my things are packed and my wife wanted me to live the house lol.from that i never tried same thing again though i am still playing sometime but now with her on my side

That is really great. Never experiencing gambling for the money is one of the best starters as a gambler. In my first years as a gambler, I immediately experience winning a lot of money and thought that it may be the one that will make my life comfortable but it is not. That is the worst moment that ever happened to me as a gambler, to be addicted to gambling.

And guess what.. Sociedad won the game against Real Madrid and I got more money than I expected from my initial plans.

It is true that betting in the underrated team is somehow beneficial if and only if they won. Doing such thing is definitely a big risk because you are going against the odds but well sports can be explained like in the Filipino idiom, "bilog ang bola" which means trend doesn't mean a thing at all, we can't conclude unless the match already ended .

In this video i can see my head at 0.20second. I live in Turkey/Izmir and almost watch all races at racetrack when horse races in Izmir. My ticket lost coz of this race. You must know 6 winner horse for big price i knew other 5 except this one. Milano horse name how can i forget this fu**in name.

I think you could share a couple of significant losses in a way and maybe share something that you know to prevent further losses. It seems that you are a pro in it. I had many sad moments in gambling, and it all involves losing, I think that's just the category that it is in. All in all, you won't feel bad if you know that you have managed your funds correctly.

It is clear that he has good self-control, once a gambler has what like he have then there will be no worst moment in gambling ever. Worst moment in gambling comes when you are so greedy, both while you are on losing state or winning state as most of the time you will just lose all what you have won as well as when you are trying to recover. I don't think he is a pro gambler, but he is a good gambler who knows how to gamble wisely.

It does happen when you want to place bets quickly and time is running out before the change in prices happen and you place bet otherwise . Best part is that if at times you won placing the wrong bet you Are more than satisfied and feel so happy about it as well.
